Davis, who is remaining held on the Lancaster County Jail over a $1 million proportion bond, was charged Aug. 17 with possession of copyright with intent to provide, possession of cash while violating a drug regulation and two counts of possession of a managed material following investigators served a warrant on his northwest Lincoln townhouse.
